Variations
You can order the LiveBagXL in two versions: without rivets or with rivets for the inlay. The LiveBagXL’s rivets are designed so that they won’t bother your baby, even without the inlay.
With the version that includes rivets for the inlay, you can easily snap the different inlays onto the LiveBagXL depending on the weather and temperature. The Wool InlayXL is particularly suitable for fall and winter, and its flexibility makes it superior to any swaddle blanket or footmuff. For warm temperatures, the breathable and quick-drying Summer InlayXL is ideal.
Usage
You can use the LiveBagXL as soon as your toddler is sitting in a rear-facing car seat or child seat. The LiveBagXL is compatible with all harness systems.
For infant car seats, there is the classic LiveBag.

Important Note About the LiveBagXL
The LiveBagXL was specifically designed for toddlers who are already riding in a rear-facing car seat or booster seat. Because your child’s safety is our top priority, we recommend using the XL version only for children with a head circumference of 44 cm or more.
Why not use it with an infant car seat?
The padding in the head area of the LiveBagXL is significantly wider than in our classic LiveBag. In a small infant car seat, this could prevent proper and secure fastening—a risk we want to eliminate for your baby.
Secure fit without aluminum safety buckle
Unlike the classic LiveBag, we do not include the aluminum safety buckle with the LiveBagXL. This isn’t necessary either: due to your toddler’s greater weight, the shoulder straps already sit firmly and securely on the shoulders.
