When Visiting the Website

When you visit our website vonschollenberger.de, information is automatically sent to our website’s server. This information is temporarily stored in a so-called log file. The data collected includes the following:

If you exercise your right of withdrawal using the electronic withdrawal function on our website, we process the following data:

  • Email address
  • Order number
  • Date and time of withdrawal (timestamp)
  • Details of the returned goods

We process this data to fulfill our legal obligation to accept and confirm cancellations (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR in conjunction with § 356a BGB). The confirmation of receipt will be sent to you automatically via email. The data will be stored for as long as required by law for record-keeping purposes (usually 3 years).

  • BuschBytes (operator of the “Revoq” app for the electronic cancellation feature) – Processing of cancellation data in accordance with the data processing agreement
