We deliberately did not sew the Shoulder Pad firmly to the carrying straps so that you can wash the Shoulder Pad regularly without having to wash the entire LiveBag.
The weight of your baby holds the Shoulder Pad in position on your shoulder.
You can remove the Shoulder Pad in the baby seat or position it on the carrying strap so that it doesn't get in the way. This is particularly important in combination with a 5-point seat belt so that the belt path is not negatively affected.
