Variations
You can order the LiveBag in two versions: without rivets or with rivets for the inlay. The LiveBag’s rivets are designed so that they won’t bother your baby, even without the inlay.
With the version that includes rivets for the inlay, you can easily snap the different inlays onto the LiveBag depending on the weather and temperature. The Wool Inlay is particularly suitable for fall and winter, and its flexibility makes it superior to any swaddle blanket or footmuff. For warm temperatures, the breathable and quick-drying Summer Inlay is ideal.

Enttäuschender Kundenservice bei mangelhafter 130 €-Babytrage
Sicherheitsmangel nach kürzester Zeit:
Im Juli 2026 habe ich eine Babytrage für 130 € direkt beim Hersteller gekauft. Bereits nach dem 3. Tag der Nutzung wies die Trage einen erheblichen Mangel auf: Der Bügel der Trage verrutschte dauerhaft in die Horizontale. Dadurch wurde der Gurt permanent stark strapaziert, was absehbar zur Materialermüdung führen würde. Da es sich um ein sicherheitsrelevantes Babyprodukt handelt, habe ich den Mangel reklamiert.
Unprofessionelle Reaktion des Supports:
Die Reaktion des Kundenservice war absolut enttäuschend. Da wir im Alltag dringend auf eine funktionierende Trage angewiesen sind, fragte ich nach einer Ersatztrage für die Übergangszeit. Die Antwort der Firma: Sie haben keine Ersatztragen und eine neue Trage könnten sie erst zusenden nach Ansicht der defekten Trage. Per Ferndiagnose wurde mir ein Eigenverschulden angedeutet. Als „Lösung“ schlug man mir ernsthaft vor, den Mangel selbst mit „ein paar Stichen zusammenzunähen“ – dafür wollte man mir 10 € erstatten. Bei einem Produkt für Säuglinge ist so ein DIY-Vorschlag unverständlich und grob fahrlässig.
Recht erst nach Androhung von Schritten:
Das gesetzliche Wahlrecht auf Nacherfüllung (Neulieferung) wurde zunächst ignoriert. Erst nach massivem schriftlichen Widerstand und der konkreten Androhung rechtlicher Schritte sowie des PayPal-Käuferschutzes lenkte die Firma ein. Ich sollte die defekte Trage einschicken.
Kommunikationslose Ersatzlieferung:
Die Inkompetenz setzte sich beim Austausch fort: Nach dem Einschicken erhielt ich keinerlei E-Mail, Status-Update oder eine Entschuldigung. Es wurde mir einfach wortlos eine neue Trage zugeschickt. Ein kundenfreundlicher Service sieht definitiv anders aus.
Fazit:
Als Eltern hat man weder Zeit noch Nerven für wochenlangen Streit und eine völlig mangelhafte Kommunikation. Aufgrund dieser Erfahrung kann ich die Firma überhaupt nicht weiterempfehlen. Der Service passt absolut nicht zum hohen Preis.

I ordered the LiveBag back in May, and since then I've been using it every time I need to run errands. One day I washed it and it got slightly damaged (a washing machine mishap), but the LiveBag team was so kind — they repaired it and I got it back looking like new.
Now that my baby is four months old (65 cm, 7 kg), she's started having trouble napping during the day, and the LiveBag has been a lifesaver. I put her in it and walk around the house, and she falls asleep like magic. It still feels comfortable to wear even at her current size.
